S. Padre Island

It’s a nineteen year old tradition.  Every early summer, the members of the Texas Fire Sprinkler Contractors Association gather on the beaches of South Padre Island for their annual, family oriented, “Spring Break Meeting.”  - June 2005

AFSA - NFSA

In 1999 TxFSCA Members voted to become a State Affiliate of the American Fire Sprinkler Association.  This affiliation has provided our current endeavors with additional funding and educational resources to pursue new projects to benefit our members, our industry and our communities.  The AFSA affiliation and our ongoing relationship with the National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) open many opportunities for our membership to learn and grow..

TCA

For the past four years the TxFSCA has joined eleven other trade associations to form the Texas Construction Association.  Through our TCA affiliation, our members are provided the information they need to monitor legislative activity that directly affects our industry, initiate legislative bills and lobby for legislative action that will benefit each of our members

TxFSCA

The TxFSCA is a non-profit trade association that was formed in 1983.  The original purpose of the Association was to bring together Texas Fire Sprinkler Contractors to assure that a recently passed licensing law would be applied accurately and fairly and that the industry would speak with “One Voice.”  Since those early days, the Texas Fire Sprinkler Contractors Association has evolved into much more than concern for a single cause.  The “specific and primary purpose of TxFSCA is to advance the science of fire protection and fire prevention, to provide educational services to the fire sprinkler industry and general public in the areas of fire protection and fire prevention, and to promote and preserve ethical standards for fire sprinkler contractors.”.
